<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated beverage having good flavor, nice and refreshed feeling to the throat and beer-like taste. <P>SOLUTION: This beverage has beer-like taste by adding a malt extract and a saccharide thereto and has ≤0.2 w/v% glucose content, ≤2.0 w/v% maltose content and 2.0-3.0 w/v% content of sum total of polysaccharides larger than malttriose.
