PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a toothed belt sleeve of a thermoplastic elastomer which shows a high dimensional precision through smoothing the flow of a molten resin and thereby, eliminating a disorderly arrangement of cores and further, stably installing an inner mold. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing a toothed belt sleeve of a thermoplastic elastomer comprises an injection molding machine 50 which injects a molten resin of a thermoplastic elastomer into a cavity, a sliding transferable outer mold 2 with a first layer molding space 3 for forming a preformed layer and a second layer molding space 4 for molding a belt back layer, and a conical head 21 and a toothed part molding part 22. Further, the device includes an inner mold 20 which is made up of a toothed part molding part 22 and a conical head part 21 in which a cap body 25 (26) having rising parts 32 dispersely arranged in a radial fashion on the conical face and oblique passages 33 formed between the rising parts 32 is attached in a freely attachable/detachable manner, and a mold transfer table 23 which inserts the inner mold 20 into the outer mold 2 and transfers the outer mold 2 so as to release a molded product from the outer mold 2.
