PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method enabling simplification of manufacturing facility, reduction of cost, and improvement of molding precision in an inexpensive cushion made of spring structure resin moldings allowing recycle, having a high degree of freedom of shape and size, having excellent resistance to shock and weight application and capable of reducing depressing and preventing its fatigue even after use for many hours, and being suitable for seats on which a person sits, sleeps or rides such as seats in an automobile, a motor-bicycle, a bicycle, a train or an aircraft, a saddle for horseback riding, a chair, a sofa or a bed. SOLUTION: This spring structure resin moldings 30 made of fiber 31 are compression molded by a base 4 constituting a male mold 14 put on a cavity 12 of a female mold 11 made of concrete, softened by hot water from a water heater 13, and fixed to the tip of a pantagraph jack 15. Since a part of a product constitutes a part of a manufacturing device, cost can be reduced, and molding precision can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
