PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the characteristic effects of striped nets, such as (1) the nets are delicately swayed even with breezes; (2) the lower portions of the striped nets are connected to each other and spread to improve the collision rate of winds such as even the breezes, thus facilitating the sway of the nets; (3) since connected to each other, the nets are not twisted, even when collided with strong winds; and (4) when exposed to night dews, rain, solar light or the like, the nets well reflect light, while swayed, for smart crows crowded on garbage to repulse the crows. SOLUTION: Poles are stood at four corners to surround a garbage-placing site. A fishing gut is bound to the upper portions of the poles on the front side, the right side and the left sides and then spread. The upper portions of the striped nets are bound to the fishing gut, and the striped nets are then hung. A fishing gut is bound to the lower portions of the nets, spread and finally bound to the poles. When the nets are also hung from the upper side of the garbage in a wide garbage-placing area, the effects are enlarged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
