PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a denitration catalyst realizing the same level of high dispersion as ion exchange zeolite on the surface of titanium oxide by preventing Ce oxide from being buried in Ti oxide, and preventing phenomena such as the sintering of the titanium oxide and deterioration by steam of the zeolite.

SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for the catalyst for removing nitrogen oxide, catalyst slurry provided by mixing a solated material formed by dispersing hydrated titanium oxide or a dried material thereof, tungstic acid or salts thereof, and cerium dioxide in a dispersion medium or paste is carried on a catalyst carrier and baked.
