PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact kneading-extruder, in which a rotary disk for compressing and shearing kneading materials is easily cleaned. SOLUTION: In the kneading-extruder 1, a material kneading part 4 is constituted of: a rotary shaft 6 having a spirally screwed circumference 6a; a disk 3 which is positioned on a material supply part 2 side for compressing and shearing a kneading material fed from the material supply part 2 side, and for kneading and transferring the material to the rotary shaft 6 side, is coaxially fixed to the rotary shaft 6, and has a greater diameter than that of the rotary shaft 6; and a cylinder part 10 wherein a cylindrical horizontal hole opening 8 formed so as to have an enough space to rotate the disk 3 housed therein is provided at a back end 10b, and a cylindrical horizontal hole 9 having an enough space to rotate the rotary shaft 6 housed therein is formed from a bottom surface 8a of the cylindrical horizontal opening 8 toward an end surface 10c. The cylinder part 10 is fixed to a moving part 19 reciprocating in the same direction as a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft 6. A space formed between a rotary shaft side surface of the disk 3 and the bottom surface 8a of the cylindrical horizontal hole opening 8 is adjustable by reciprocating the moving part 19.
