FERMENTATION TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR ORGANIC WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation treatment apparatus for maximally enhancing the composting fermentation efficiency of organic waste so as to properly perform the aerobic fermentation of the organic waste by bacteria and to especially put emphasis on the fermentation initial stage of a fermentation tank to develop a proper environment for actively performing the fermentative decomposition of the organic waste.

SOLUTION: The fermentation treatment apparatus for the organic waste is constituted so that air in the upper part of the fermentation tank is returned to the lower part of the fermentation tank in order to perform aerobic fermentative decomposition and the open air is taken in partially at the same time and mixed with the air in the fermentation tank to circulate and blow the air mixture. This fermentation treatment apparatus is equipped with a CPU for controlling the proper air blow amount with a blower for circulating and blowing air into the fermentation tank corresponding to the load of the organic waste on the basis of the fermentation temperature of the organic waste measured by a temperature sensor and the change ratio of the concentration of oxygen gas above the organic waste measured by an oxygen concentration sensor. Therefore, fermentation treatment by the automation of 24-hr monitoring can be performed and a maintenance cost can be sharply reduced.
