PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush capable of collecting the toothpaste-containing saliva carried from a bristle part to a grip part along a handle in brushing teeth before it reaches the grip part and storing it so as not to drop. SOLUTION: In this toothbrush in which the tip part of the handle 1 forms the bristle part 2, and the rear end-side over-half part forms the grip part 1a, the handle 1 forming the grip part or the bristle part-side handle 1 comprises an annular storage cylinder 3 having an annular opening part 3a provided between it and the handle 1, which introduces and stores the toothpaste-containing saliva carried from the bristle part to the grip part 1a along the handle in tooth brushing through the annular opening part 3a, the cylinder 3 being provided concentrically with the handle 1.
