PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed laminate of crosslinked polyolefin resin which does not need an adhesion process for bonding each layer, can set up a wide range of flexibility, and has toughness, dimensional stability, heat resistance, and compression characteristics and a method for producing the laminate. SOLUTION: In the foamed laminate of the crosslinked polyolefin, a foamed crosslinked polyolefin layer is stacked without using an adhesive layer and integrated. A foaming agent and a crosslinking agent are incorporated into a polyolefin resin, and a crosslinkable/curable polyolefin resin composition obtained without using the adhesive layer is stacked in the shape of a layer and heated/integrated while being pressurized.
