PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for an existing fluid pipe capable of simplifying adjustment work of steady regulation amount in the radial direction and the direction of pipe axis and simplifying a steady mechanism. SOLUTION: In this cutting device for cutting the existing fluid pipe 1 by a rotary sleeve 7 provided with an end mill 13 fitted externally into cylindrical case bodies 5, 5 mounted on the existing fluid pipe 1 rotatably in a water-tight manner, steady fittings 31, 32 surrounding a pair of cylindrical case bodies 5, 5 are mounted on both sides in the direction of pipe axis of the rotary sleeve 7, support bodies 33, 34 provided on the existing fluid pipe 1 in a fixed manner are arranged by opposing to both outer side ends of the steady fittings 31, 32. Steady roller bodies 36 for regulating swing in the radial direction and the direction of pipe axis of the steady fittings 31, 32 are provided in a plurality of sections in the circumferential direction in both support bodies 33, 34.
