PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a massaging machine which is capable of massaging by setting a massaging member to a desired position of the shoulder and is easy to use. SOLUTION: The massaging machine has a chair body (massaging machine body) with a backrest 4 and a shoulder massaging device 15 provided in the backrest 4. The massaging device has an air bag (massaging member) 32 and a position adjuster 28 made up of the air bag and a pillow element 30a that can be expanded and contracted by the supply and exhaustion of air and functions as a pillow supporting the head of the human body in an expansion holding state. The air bag 32 expands and applies a massaging force to the shoulder of the human body. The position adjuster 28 plays the role of the pillow element 30a supporting the head of the human body. The position adjuster 28 expands the changes the position of the air bag 32 to ensure that the air bag 32 is arranged in a desired position in the thickness direction of the shoulder and retains the expanded state.
