PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive cleaner, an adhesive tape of which can be easily put on and taken off from a holder, the holder of which is made elastic so that adhesive force of the adhesive tape for collecting dust is increased, and the adhesive tape of which has an outer diameter that does not change so that the cleaning area is maintained. SOLUTION: The adhesive cleaner comprises the adhesive tape 1, which is formed in an annular shape with the adhesive face 2 disposed outside, has a detachable adhesion prevention cover that covers the adhesive face, and is folded flat before use, an annular holder 5 which is slightly larger in diameter than the inner diameter of the adhesive tape and can shrink in diameter, and a supporter 4 which rotatively supports the annular holder. The adhesive tape is put on the annular holder in such a way that it can be taken off. The dust adhesive force of the tape is enhanced by elasticity of the holder. One can put on and take off the adhesive tape without touching it, thus being relieved from uncomfortable feeling.
