PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undried preparation of live bacteria of the genus Fusarium preservable over a long period by using clay mineral powder such as zeolite attracting attention as a soil conditioner for producing agrochemical- free organic agricultural products as a carrier, and a method for producing the preparation at a low cost. SOLUTION: The undried preparation of the live bacteria of the genus Fusarium is produced by carrying out liquid culture of the bacteria of the genus Fusarium having controlling effects on plant disease injuries, mixing pelletlike or suspensionlike spores or sporelike microbial cells after dehydrating treatment with the clay mineral powder carrier such as zeolite so as to provide 5-25 wt.% moisture content thereof, e.g. in an amount of 3-100 times the wet weight of the spores or sporelike microbial cells.
