PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bee comb-capturing tool which can safely and surely capture alive bees and bee larvae without using a chemical agent and further capture a bee comb without breaking the bee comb, and to provide a method for capturing the bee comb. SOLUTION: This bee comb-capturing tool comprises a receiver 10 which can receive the bee comb (x) from the opening 11 of the receiver 10, a holding bar 20 for supporting the receiver 10, and a closing means for closing the opening 11 of the receiver 10, wherein the receiver 10 is formed not to have a bee passage-enabling space in a state closing the opening 11.
