PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumpling forming spoon, capable of simply and fine making a dumpling. SOLUTION: Each one of forming containers 1, 11 is fixed to each one end of connecting rods 2, 10, and pipes 5 (left and right) having a U-shaped holding plate 7 at the other end are inserted to be rotated and extracted. When the U-shaped holding plate 7 is held by the hand, the forming containers 1, 11 are turned in a 90-degree arc by elastic force of an elastic part 8 to be separated and mated.
