PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode automatic cleaning device which can use even slurry fluid with high density and high temperature liquid. SOLUTION: This electrode automatic cleaning device 1 for a PH/ORP (oxidation reduction potential) meter comprises a holder 4 having electrodes 2 dippable into liquid 20 of a measurement object, an external cylinder 5 for cleaning for housing the holder 4 so as to be able to move the holder 4 upward/ downward, nozzles 7 for washing liquid injection having an injection port 6 toward the inside of the external cylinder 5 for cleaning, and an actuator (8) for pulling the electrodes 2 up into the external cylinder 5 for cleaning to make the electrodes 2 face the injection port 6. At cleaning, the holder 4 is pulled up by the actuator (8) to make the electrodes 2 face the injection port 6, and the electrodes 2 are cleaned by injecting a washing liquid 15 under appropriate cleaning pressure from the nozzles 7.
