PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias tire for an aircraft with improved high speed durability while minimizing increase of tire weight. SOLUTION: This bias tire for the aircraft is provided with a group 4 of carcass plies composed of organic fiber cords, a plurality of breakers 6 made of the same material as that of carcass and crossing mutually in the bias direction at outer periphery of the group 4 of carcass plies in a tread part 1, and a plurality of tread reinforcing cloths 7 made of the same material as that of carcass and crossing mutually in the bias direction between an undertread 1a and a cap tread 1b. The number of the tread reinforcing cloths 7 is three or more, and the total number of the breakers 6 and the tread reinforcing cloths 7 is six or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
