PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup using a mandrel for forming in which winding fault or molding fault of a barrel sheet hardly occurs and a molding mandrel. SOLUTION: The molding mandrel (10) is used when one edge of a sector- shaped barrel sheet (1) is superposed on the other edge, a seaming clamp is thermally impressed from above the sheet (1), the edges of the body sheet are connected to form a barrel member, and many pores (15) are provided on the overall sides of the mandrel (10) to pass air.
