BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION HAVING OIL COMPONENT DECOMPOSITION CAPACITY AND KITCHEN WASTEWATER TREATMENT METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably treat kitchen wastewater using a biological preparation constituted of Acinetobacter genospecies 10 single fungus having an oil decomposition capacity to obtain good water quality while reducing the generation of excess sludge and suppressing the generation of a malodor.

SOLUTION: A kitchen wastewater treatment apparatus comprises a biological reaction tank for decomposing an oil component in inflow kitchen wastewater, a biological addition device for quantitatively adding the biological preparation to the biological reaction tank and an aerator for performing aeration so that the concentration of dissolved oxygen in wastewater housed in the biological reaction tank becomes 1 mg/L or more. This apparatus is used to add the biological preparation constituted of Acinetobacter genosspecies 10 single fungus having the oil decomposition capacity to kitchen wastewater.
