<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar power generation type garbage disposal machine constituted so that rotary blades are rotated by shaft coupling driving equipped with a control means requiring no purchased power in a treatment tank to always form an air layer and garbage is naturally fermented in the presence of microorganisms, fiber texture, protein and moisture to make an effective compost. <P>SOLUTION: Power to be consumed is naturally ensured from solar rays, and the accumulation of electricity and the technique thereof are freely controlled inclusive of control (cycle, rotation and time) to ensure drive and control operations.
