PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure capable of stimulating interest of a target fish by continuously moving the lure very little under water. SOLUTION: This lure 10 is composed of a plate material 11 which has an approximately uniform thickness and an approximately elliptical shape. Through-holes 12, 13 are each perforated on both ends 11a, 11b of a virtual line defined as the longitudinal axis 11c of the elliptical plate material 11, and a weight 16 is attached to an area which is positioned on the longitudinal axis 11c and shifted from a point defined as the center O of the plate material 11, so that the weight 16 is protruded from one of surfaces of the plate material 11, wherein the virtual line is imaged so that a distance between both ends of the line is longer than any other lines which are formed by joining two ends of the elliptic plate material 11 and is defined as the longitudinal axis 11c of the plate material 11, and the center is imaged so that a line between both the ends 11a, 11b on the longitudinal axis 11c is divided into approximately two equal parts by the center and is defined as the center O of the plate material 11.
