PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make protection of an exposure part of a core wire of a cable easy, and to obtain desired cable properties.SOLUTION: A core wire 121 is exposed by stripping a coating part 122 of an end of a compound cable 110, and a compound exposure part 102 having a welding part 123 is formed by bundling and welding the exposed core wires 121 together. A protection member 104 covering the compound exposure part 102 is formed by heating and rising the temperature of the compound exposure part 102 and immersing it in a powder material 131 filled within an immersion part 134 of an immersion container 103, melting the powder material 131, and applying the molten material to the compound exposure part 102. The heat-up of the compound exposure part 102 is set to higher than the melting temperature of the powder material 131.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
