PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner provided with a refrigeration circuit having a refrigerant compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator driven by an internal combustion engine or an electric motor and capable of maintaining air conditioning capability over many hours after the refrigerant compressor stops. SOLUTION: This vehicular air conditioner is provided with the refrigeration circuit having the refrigerant compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve, and the evaporator driven by the internal combustion engine or the electric motor, a high temperature heat source tank storing a heat storage material for exchanging heat with refrigerant in the condenser, a first heat conveyance medium circulation circuit having a first heat exchanger arranged in the high temperature heat source tank, a second heat exchanger for air-conditioning a vehicle room, a third heat exchanger for radiating heat to the outside of a vehicle, and a first circulation pump, a low temperature heat source tank storing a cold storage material for exchanging heat with refrigerant in the evaporator, and a second heat conveyance medium circulation circuit having a fourth heat exchanger arranged in the low temperature heat source tank, a fifth heat exchanger for air-conditioning the vehicle room, a sixth heat exchanger for absorbing heat outside the vehicle, and a second circulation pump.
