PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust table height according to the work with a simple configuration, and to improve working efficiency. SOLUTION: The working table comprises a base part 12, a working table 14, an elevating/lowering stay part 13 expandably interposed between the base part 12 and the working table 14, and an elevating/lowering means 15 for adjusting the height of the working table 14 by expanding the elevating/lowering post part 13. The elevating/lowering post part 13 has a gas spring 51 to urge the working table 14 in the rising direction, a locking mechanism 23 and a bracing mechanism 24. The working table can be stopped at an arbitrary height by easily expanding the elevating/lowering post part by the elevating/lowering means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
