PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing a microorganism capable of promoting plant growth having fertilizer effects as if combinedly using rice bran. SOLUTION: The microbial material is produced by a method for culturing the microorganisms and has the fertilizer effects. In the method for culturing, a score forming ability of a high-density growth promoting mold is increased without causing plant germination inhibition conventionally caused when raw rice bran is used by using rice bran effective for the spore formation of the plant growth promoting microorganism as a culture substrate of the microorganism.
