<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decompose and remove dioxins under heating by enabling a decomposition agent of dioxins to effectively act on fly ash. <P>SOLUTION: An alkaline agent containing sodium and/or potassium is added to exhaust gas containing dioxins and hydrogen chloride as a hydrogen chloride removing agent and hydrogen chloride is treated without forming calcium chloride becoming the inhibition factor of the decomposition agent of dioxins to collect fly ash. The obtained collected ash is heated along with the decomposition agent of dioxins. A substance containing dioxins and calcium chloride is washed to remove calcium chloride becoming the inhibition factor of the decomposition agent of dioxins then heated along with the decomposition agent of dioxins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
