<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe manufacturing method which requires no operation for inserting a strip-like sheet or the like in the gap between a molded pipe and an inner cylinder for the purpose of demolding and facilitates the removal of the molded pipe out of the gap between an outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a pipe or a pipe shaped molded object by supplying a fluid pipe molding compound to the gap between the outer cylinder 7 and the inner cylinder 15 to dry and coagulate the same, a process for expanding the diameter of the inner cylinder 15 having an outer diameter variable mechanism to raise the inner cylinder 15 to the vicinity of the upper end part of the outer cylinder 7 provided above the inner cylinder 15, a process for supplying the pipe molding compound to the gap between the inner and outer cylinders 15 and 7 while allowing the inner cylinder 15 to fall, a process for allowing the inner cylinder 15 to fall to the region under the outer cylinder 7, a process for allowing the inner cylinder 15 to fall to the region under the outer cylinder 7 to laterally move the inner cylinder 15 or the outer cylinder 7 and a process for contracting the diameter of the inner cylinder 15 to draw the molded pipe out of the inner cylinder 15 are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
