PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation or the like of a fine connector pin at the time of production of a sensor even if the fine connector pin is employed. SOLUTION: The connector pin 7 connected to a detection part 8 is first embedded in a primary resin molded part 1 by insert molding. At this time, the connector pin 7 is held by the holding pins provided to a mold to be prevented from deformation or the like. Thereafter, the primary resin molded part 1 is embedded in a secondary resin molded part 10 by insert molding. At this time, the extraction holes 3 of the holding pins are closed by a secondary molding resin and the primary resin molded part 1 is held in the mold by the projected part formed to the end part of the primary resin molded part 1.
