PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament and fashion ring having elasticity of a rubber ring and a medical function due to tourmaline. SOLUTION: The fine powder of the tourmaline (electric stone) is mixed and stirred in the ratio of a suitable quantity (2-10%, for example), based on a raw rubber 100, the mixture used as a raw material is heated, molded and cooled at a high temperature from 170 to 200°C of a vulcanization aptitude temperature within a die frame, an O-shaped ring with a prescribed diameter dimension is formed and a suitable color and design patterns such as markings or drawings are applied to the surface of the O-shaped ring.
