PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coffee drink having excellent flavor, especially milling perfume by utilizing a perfume gas component generated at the milling by a sufficient shape. SOLUTION: The method for producing the coffee drink by extracting coffee components from roasted coffee beans comprises (1) a step for milling the coffee beans by a sealed mill, (2) a step for introducing the gas at the milling of the coffee beans, containing the aroma component released in the step (1) to a solvent, (3) a step for preparing an aroma solution by capturing the introduced gas at the milling by the solvent, (4) a step for preparing a coffee extract by extracting the coffee components from the coffee beans after capturing the gas at the milling, and (5) a step for mixing the aroma solution with the coffee extract.
