PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angling support method by which inconvenience on waiting fishing is solved, and to provide an angling support system. SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 detected that a fishing line is pulled is operated to call a preliminarily determined cell phone 2 through a telephone network NET. Thereby, an angler having the cell phone 2 can quickly know the fit of a fish.
