PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting device having good operability of construction and excellent appearance, and to provide a tray for planting at a reduced production cost. SOLUTION: The planting device 1 has a plurality of trays 3 arranged so as to neighbor to each other, and a plurality of fixing tools 5 arranged between corner parts of the trays 3 for fixing the trays 3, and for attaching the trays 3 to the surface F of floor. The tray 3 has a planting part 7 and a draining part 9. The fixing tool 5 is constituted of a base material 31 for attaching the fixing tool 5 to the surface F of the floor by adhesion, a position-regulating member 33 stood on the upper surface of the base material 31, and a slip-off- stopping member 35 to be freely detachably fixed to the upper end of the position-regulating member 33. The position-regulating member 33 regulates the movement of the tray 3 in the front and rear, and right and left directions by engaging the position-regulating member 33 with the corner part 28 of the tray 3, and the slip-off-stopping member 35 regulates the upper movement of the tray 3.
