mechanism for moving blinds of shutters is described, in particular aimed for opening shutters, without excluding the possibility of it being used with sliding shutters, where with a relatively low cost, a reliable solution is offered for achieving alternately and at will, either openings between the blinds for aeration/illumination and optical contact with the surrounding environment or an arrangement of the blinds without any intermediate gaps and the shutter hermetically shut. Each blind is connected at both its ends with a plastic cap which is attached to the incisions on either side of the casing, the cap permitting the relative displacement of the blind on it along a length of the path that corresponds to the width of the gap that is to be formed between the blinds. The movement of the blinds alternately between the two positions, with gaps or without, becomes feasible with the use of an additional panel element arranged between the blinds with at least one but preferably two,on either side, openings for the reception of the motile blind, where the depth of penetration of the motile blind inside such opening(s) of the panel element, also defines the width of the gaps that derive between the blinds that are located aboveor below the motile blind which penetrates into the panel element and a mechanism which sets at will into motion the aforementioned motile blinds which penetrate into the panel element, which alternatively features blinds with a handle for pulling in the vertical direction by rotation or a rotating hand lever attached to the panel element. |
