PURPOSE: A jig for welding an end bracket clamp of a fan motor in a vehicle is provided to increase the productivity by working quickly, efficiently and conveniently with spot-welding clamps to the end bracket at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A lower part of a welding jig is supported by a lower electrode rod, and an upper electrode rod(212) is contacted to the welding jig with spot-welding by overlapping a clamp(108) with the outside of an end bracket(101). The welding jig comprises an upper block(1) having a vertical through hole(12) in the center and a sill part(11) in the lower part, a lower block(2) having a center hole(22) formed in the middle of a placing groove placing the sill part, a bracket fixing pin(23) between the center hole and the placing groove, plural clamp fixing pins(24) and a bracket support pin(25), and a clamp support part(3) supporting the clamp inserted to the clamp fixing pin. The upper electrode rod is formed of a ring-shaped electrode rod body(4).
