<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean cleaning method which gets rid of the dirt of soybeans by a dry process using chaff as a polishing material and to provide a soybean cleaning machine. <P>SOLUTION: Rotary impellers 2, a front agitating screw 4, rear agitating screw 4 and bottom agitating screw 5 are freely rotatably placed horizontally within an agitation polishing box 1 installed upright with a grain lifter 10 in communication connection thereto at the one side and the bottom thereof is provided with a lateral feed screw 6 communicating with the base part of the grain lifter 10. The polishing box 1 is provided with an opening/closing upper cover 7 and is provided with a discharge cylinder 11 from the apex of the grain elevator 10 and a reflux discharge cylinder 12 communicating with the polishing box 1 so as to face downward. Impeller blade plates 17 bent rightward at their front ends and impeller blade plates 18 bent leftward at their front ends are fixed at respective quadrisected points of flanges annexed with the rotary impellers 2 at an equal pitch to a cylindrical shaft 15 and agitating rods 19, 20, 21, and 22 are installed around the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary impellers 2 at equal intervals by offsetting the positions of the impeller blade plates 17 and 18 by as much as prescribed angles by means of the adjacent flanges 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
