ADENOVIRUS VECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adenovirus vector exhibiting excellent gene-transferring activity to various cell line.

SOLUTION: This adenovirus vector is obtained by inserting a unique restriction enzyme recognition sequence which is Csp451 and/or ClaI into an HI loop code genetic sequence of a fiber and a genetic sequence encoding C end of the fiber and transducing a base sequence encoding an exogenous peptide thereto. A method for preparing the adenovirus vector is also provided.
