<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and water-proof picture holding device for a bathroom, light and easy to be fitted, capable of simply replacing a picture and having the appearance with a heeling effect. <P>SOLUTION: Frames are independently provided on both right and left sides, and easily fitted to the tiles of a bathroom by suction cups.
