PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction cell capable of being miniaturized, increasing agitating effect on a solution and controlling a reaction. SOLUTION: The reaction cell 1 comprises a vessel-like cell body 2 and a circular piezoelectric/electrostrictive vibrator 3 set on the under surface (outer surface) of the bottom of the cell body 2. The cell body 2 comprises a circular bottom plate part 2A and a surrounding wall part 2B rising from the periphery of the bottom plate 2A to a predetermined height and surrounding the bottom plate part 2A, wherein the bottom plate part 2A and the surrounding wall part 2B are made of a ceramic as a unit, and a liquid containing space 4 comprising a space surrounded by the surrounding wall part 2B on the bottom plate part 2A is formed. The piezoelectric/electrostrictive vibrator is set and adhered on the lower side of the bottom plate part 2A concentrically circularly with the bottom plate part 2A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
