PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof opening/closing device to realize a large serviceable space of a luggage room by accommodating a roof panel and a rear window in a compact fashion in a vehicle body of a type convertible to an open car in which the roof and the rear window are converted from a fitted condition to an accommodated condition. SOLUTION: This roof opening/closing device has links 71 and 72 to raise a forward vehicle body side end part and a rear vehicle body side end part of a rear window glass 7 to an upper side of the vehicle body in a condition in which a roof panel 5, a rear window frame 6 and a rear window glass 7 are accommodated in the luggage room 90.
