<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the system down of the entire system and to improve the reliability of the system by providing a tank between an external cooler and a cooler, performing heat exchange at the cooler by supplying a cooling medium from the tank at the time of a fault or power failure, cooling an electronic circuit or the like and performing a degenerative operation. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a tank 12 for storing the external cooling medium cooled by an external cooler 11, cooler 14 for cooling the internal cooling medium by the external cooling medium stored in the tank 12, circulated and supplied, and operation control process 16 for instructing the operation stop of a device as a cooling target when it is discriminated the temperature of the external or internal cooling medium is higher than a prescribed value, at the time of the fault or power failure at the external cooler 11, the operation is continued by supplying the external cooling medium from the tank 12 to the cooler 14 and when it is discriminated the temperature of the external or internal cooling medium is higher than the prescribed value, the device of the cooling target is stopped being operated by the medium.</p> |
