PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal alignment film that has good alignment state and excellent light resistance, a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display device, and a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal alignment film for manufacturing a liquid crystal alignment film, the method comprising: an application step of applying a curable composition containing a polymer having a predetermined repeating unit on a substrate to form a coating; a heat treatment step of performing heat treatment on the coating to form a coating subjected to the heat treatment; and an optical alignment processing step of performing alignment processing on the coating subjected to the heat treatment with light at a wavelength of 313 nm or less to form a liquid crystal alignment film.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
