<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultraviolet-curing resin ink which is applied to the surface of e.g. an optical disc or a bottle to form a coating film on which an image can be formed with good transfer by electrophotography by adding an acicular conductive filler having a specified aspect ratio to an ultraviolet-curing resin ink. SOLUTION: 5-50 wt.% acicular conductive filler having an aspect ratio of 2 or above and an average edge length of 0.1-10μm is added to an ultraviolet-curing resin ink obtained by a polymerizable resin obtained by polymerizing an acrylic ester, an epoxy acrylate, a urethane acrylate or the like with a cut monomer such as a monoacrylate, a diacrylate or a triacrylate, a photopolymerization initiator such as benzoin or aceotphenone and other additives in a specified ratio. The obtained ink is applied to the surface of a substrate such as an optical disc or a bottle to form a coating film having a thickness of 5-20μm and a surface resistivity of 1×10<13>Ωor bellow (as measured according to JIS K6911 under conditions including an applied voltage of 100 V, an atmospheric temperature of 232 deg.C and a relative humidity of 50%).</p> |
