AROMATIC CHARCOAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an aromatic charcoal, in which charcoal mother material shows improved aroma persistency by deeply penetrating a perfume into pores of the mother material, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The aromatic charcoal is produced by the steps of (i) heating a liquid perfume in a closed chamber, and vaporizing the liquid perfume under pressure to penetrate the perfume into the pores of mother material of the charcoal, and (ii) cooling the mother material of the charcoal to allow the vaporized perfume to remain in the pores of the mother material, in a liquefied state. The charcoal has substantially extended aroma persistency.
