PURPOSE: Provided is a square forming frame for rolled sushi to provide a consumer with freshness, to prepare rolled sushi massively and to exert the rolled sushi to have a chewy taste. CONSTITUTION: A square forming frame for rolled sushi is characterized by comprising male(2) and female(1) frames which have prominence and depression shapes, respectively, wherein the male frame has a handle(3) and the female frame has a groove to be inserted by rolled sushi.
