PURPOSE: A connection structure of railway vehicle is provided to increase the working efficiency by an automation of connection and release of railway vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A key block(11) is arranged to a front of a connecting unit. A pressing member(14) is installed to the connecting unit and pressing a forcibly pressed block(12a) protruded at the predetermined position of an operation lever for automatically rotating the operation lever integrally formed to the key block. A return spring(13) is connected to the operation lever to restore the rotation of the operation lever. A stop(12b) is protruded on the operation lever to be close to the forcibly pressed block. A hook is connected to a frame formed at the position corresponding to the operation lever to be connected to the stop.
