METHOD FOR REJUVENATING BLADES OF TONER CARTRIDGE

PURPOSE: A method for rejuvenating blades of a toner cartridge is provided to prevent the squandering of resources by rejuvenating a doctor blade and a wiper blade. CONSTITUTION: A doctor blade and a wiper blade are separated from a toner cartridge, and contact members of the doctor blade and the wiper blade are put on a flat panel(100). A pressurizing member gives pressure to the contact members with heat of a high temperature for a predetermined time(110). The pressurized contact members are cooled(120). Adhered parts of the contact members and brackets are placed on the flat panel(130). The pressurizing member gives pressure to the adhered parts with heat of a high temperature for a predetermined time(140). The contact members and the brackets are gradually cooled at a room temperature to rejuvenate the doctor blade and the wiper blade(150).
