PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily automate processing that quarantees the uniqueness of a message by enabling two-way transmission acknowledgment with a one-way communication protocol and preventing the denial of the fact of transmission and reception. SOLUTION: In a system using only one-way request/response synchronous communication from a request side 11, when a message is transmitted from a response side 12 to the request side 11, the request side requests reception of the message, and the response side continues to transmit the same message including a signature and an ID to the request side until the request side notifies the response side that it has received the message in another communication.
