摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet type laminate which is superior in following property to a heating element and an uneven surface of a heat sink, effectively conducts heat generated from a various kinds of electronic apparatus to the heat sink, and has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding property. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive sheet type laminate having electromagnetic wave shielding property is characterized by having structure wherein a soft resin layer containing thermally conductive filler is stacked on at least one surface of a fiber base substance sheet covered by metal. A thin-gage woven textile or knitted cloth or unwoven fabric is used as the fiber base substance sheet.
