<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet type laminate which is superior in following property to a heating element and an uneven surface of a heat sink, effectively conducts heat generated from a various kinds of electronic apparatus to the heat sink, and has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding property. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive sheet type laminate having electromagnetic wave shielding property is characterized by having structure wherein a soft resin layer containing thermally conductive filler is stacked on at least one surface of a fiber base substance sheet covered by metal. A thin-gage woven textile or knitted cloth or unwoven fabric is used as the fiber base substance sheet. Acrylic based polymer or silicon based polymer is used as the soft resin layer containing the thermally conductive filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
