<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit vibration of a piezoelectric element, being appropriate for reduction in size and thickness, and to transmit a driving force stably. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm 10 of a long plate where a piezoelectric element and a reinforcing plate are laminated is supported with a bottom board by a support member 11, and energized toward a rotor 100 side by the elastic force of the support member 11. So, a protruding part 36 provided on the diaphragm 10 is made to abut the side surface of the rotor 100. With this configuration, when the diaphragm 10 longitudinally vibrates laterally in figure, the rotor 100 is rotated couterclockwise according to displacement of the protruding part 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
