<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a multifunctional hot water supply apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This multifunctional hot water supply apparatus is provided with: a heating means 11; a hot water storage tank 16 for storing hot water heated by the heating means 11 from an upper part; a heat radiation means 21 using the hot water in the upper part of the hot water storage tank 16 as a heat source; a temperature regulating means constituted by a bypass circuit 23 and a temperature regulating valve 24; and a control means 25 for controlling a hot water temperature of the hot water supplied to the heat radiation means 21. The heat of the hot water stored with the usage of inexpensive midnight power so as to be supplied to the heat radiation means is controlled to be the hot water temperature in correspondence with a purpose of the heat radiation means, or is controlled to be the hot water temperature is correspondence with the load.
